Good morning everyone, I am Alex, Chief sales manager of Walmart, and the chairperson of this meeting. I'm sorry, Jane is busy with some personal piece of work and couldn't join us today, but Austin, her assistant is present with us. Firstly, I would appreciate and thank you all for coming at such short notice besides your busy schedules. Now, I would request those who are attending such meetings for the first time to introduce themselves to make me and others familiar with them and their work, and if anyone finds his or her colleague missing, he can give those names to Selena, she will be managing minutes today.

Now, you all people must know the purpose or agenda behind this meeting, that is to evaluate the turnover for the last quarter in different branches in the USA, starting from California, and then followed by New York, and then LA. We will compare the data from past quarters, and would ascertain the trend and the reasons. Next, I would take feedback for the present policies and ideas from you for improving the performance and increasing the turnover. And finally, we would be voting to scrutinize and come on a particular decision.
