Answer #1

Answer: 270 machines and 3,300 workers

The method which uses lesser number of inputs to produce the output is called technically efficient method.

here in 1st method firm uses 3,600 workers and 135 machines mean total input it uses is = 3600 + 135 = 3,735

in 2nd method firm uses 270 machines and 3,300 workers, total input = 270 + 3,300 = 3,570

so 2nd method with 270 machines and 3,300 workers is more technically efficient method
