Cultural framework explains traditions,myths,values that are common in society and society may have multiple cultural framework and this framework is for cross cultural communication that is developed by Geert Hofstede.

Taking India as an example for the look of dimensions of cultural framework,have following dimensions of culture,

1. Power distance : It represent inequality which tells that all societies are unequal and some are more unequal than others.India score high on this dimensions and since this dimension depends on attitude,one could say that it happen because of unequal right acceptance,paternalistic leaders,control is familiar and psychological security and attitude toward manager are formal,their communication are top down and so on.
2. Individualism : It says that the degree to which individuals are integrated into groups.Indian society have both collectivist and individualistic traits wherein,in collectivist if there is any hiring of and promotional decision of any employee,decision are made based on relationships between them.Individualistic is seen as dominant religion or philosophy ie hinduism who believe in the cycle of death and birth and live their life by following specific rules and regulations.
3. Masculinity : It refers to the distribution of roles between the genders which creates a certain issues that is woman value in the society is less than the man values. India is masculine in terms of visual display of success and power and also a spiritual country with with millions of deities and religious philosophies.
4. Uncertainty avoidance index : It deals with the societies uncertainty and ambiguity.India has acceptance of imperfection and traditionally a patient country who have high tolerance of unexpected thing.India follow the term that nothing is impossible if one know how to adjust.
5. long term orientations : This study was done among students which tells to deal with virtue regardless the truth.Indian culture cannot be determined and here concept of karma dominates in religious and philosophical thoughts.This country have high tolerance for religious views from all over the world.
6. Indulgence : It refers to the extent at which people try to control their impulses and desires.India is low in this dimensions and have tendency to cynicism and pessimism.

International manager need good communication skill whether it is oral,written or presentation.He should able to convey idea to others.Speaking more than one language improves a persons job prospects by potentially opening opportunities for different roles in global business.Speaking another language benefits general business skills.It improve perception and make stronger relationships.English,Chinese,Spanish,German,Japanese,French,Arabic,Hindi,Portuguese and Russian are the most important languages of 21st century and most of the international managers almost go through this language.
