Answer #1

Answer:

Given that benzoic acid Concentration (M) = 0.730 M

benzoic acid volume = 2.90 ml

moles of benzioc acid = ?

Molarity (M) = (w/mw) \times (1000 / V (ml))

M = number of moles \times (1000 / v)

number of moles = (M \times v) / 1000

number of moles of benzoic acid = (0.730 \times 2.90) / 1000 = 0.002117 moles of benzoic acid

number of moles of benzoic acid = 2.117 mmol
