Th organizational view for an elementary school is quite complex to express in words. We need to evaluate the structural changes that would be taking place internally. Then we also need to consider how these changes will be impacting the current setup. We need to look at the administrative department of the place and see that it takes care of the day to day needs of the children. We need to confirm to the guidelines being administered. We need to ensure that the symbolic perspective is managed and people know their purpose in school and the expectations the others have from them. It is needed to encourage and motivate them time and again on this factor. The conflict resolution at school should be understood in the best possible manner. We need to ensure that we meet the needs of the students and they are not involved in any kind of activities harming them.
