in this case conjugation is most likely to produce antibiotic resistance strains because when a person takes antibiotics improperly or not as prescribed, some of the resistance bacteria still remains there with non resistance bacteria those resistance bacteria transfer their antibiotic resistance gene to non resistance strain via conjugation thus there is more antibiotic resistance bacteria are formed.
