solution for the given problem is given below,

a) 2 components-water and Glycol.

b) 70% volume and -650C for complete liquid phase.

c) L ---------> ice+solid Glycol (on cooling). Eutectic reaction as liquid undergoes solid1+solid2.

d) Gibb's phase rule,

F = C-P+1 (pressure is constant)

Degree of freedom, F = 0 (invarient reaction)

Components, C = 2 (water+Glycol)

0 = 2-P+1

=> P = 3

3 phases present and those are Liquid, ice and solid Glycol.
