Answer:1

As a Human Resource Manager at Air Avia, we are proposing and discussing two alternatives on downsizing suitable to the circumstances of the Air Avia Company are as below

  1. Downsizing to be carried out for the Air Avia Company, due to its limited operational region as it is banned in European region; This is the airline company which engaged in the air flight business. This is based at Kyrgyzstan nation. This company is not permitted in European region and it is being banned in this region. Hence the company needs to be downsized so that it can match its resources to the region available for it.
  2. Due to lower business orders and lower customer demand for the Air Avia airline company, the company needs to be downsized. Because the company is banned in European and other key regions in the world, the company needs to be downsize so that it can improve its efficiency and generate its target revenue and lower down the operational expenses. The downsizing will help in improving the operational efficiency and managed expenses for the business and improve the profitability to survive longer in the business.

.

Answer (2):

One strategy that should be used to effectively implement the organizational change: the Air Avia airline company need to develop the strategy to make the downsizing change in the organization such that it can downsize its business operations based on the region available for the company to operate and the potential of business available in the target region, so that the company can extend their service to their available customers and generate the target revenue and profit and remains profitable in the business. The company needs to focus its target region and align its business operations accordingly.
