Answer #1

Let say we only produced 1$ agriculture good ,so what is aggregate demand of this product.

0.2$ by agriculture sector ,0.3 by agriculture sector and 0.2$ by energy sector

Aggregate demand=0.2+0.3+0.2=0.9

Now put this in opposite direction, if we have 0.9$ demand of agriculture good ,how much production of agriculture good we needed

=0.9/0.9=1$

So

Aggregate demand of agriculture good =0.2+0.3+0.2=0.7 times of total agriculture production

Aggregate demand of manufacturing good=0.2+0.4+0.3=0.9 times of manufacturing production

Aggregate demand of energy=0.2+0.2+0.3=0.7 times of energy production

Now given agriculture aggregate demand=75 billion$

So aggregate required production of agriculture=75/0.7=107.14 billion$

Aggregate demand of manufacturing good=53

Required production of manufacturing good=53/0.9=58.89

Aggregate demand of energy=23

Required production=23/0.7=32.85
