My original aim in taking this course is to learn about myself completely because I could control and manage my feelings, thoughts, emotions and attitude but not others. So, learning about these things would help me handle people who exhibit tough personality. One of the topics I wanted learn was motivation and what motivates people. I was able to go through different theories of motivation such as Need Hierarchy Theory, Hygiene Theory etc. I also learnt that different people gets motivated through different means and ways. The second topic was life span development which helped me understand how people develop into individuals with different traits and skills. Theories such as Psycho-social, psycho-sexual etc. gave me enough information.
