Answer #1

On the basis of their valency we could predict the no of covalent bonds for each of them

(1) c valency 4 covalent bonds 4

(2)p valency 3 covalent bonds 3

(3)F valency 1 covalent bonds 1

(4)B valency 3 covalent bonds 3

(5)I valency 1 covalent bonds 1

(6)o valency 2 covalent bonds 2

(7)se valency 2 covalent bonds 2

(8) N valency 3 covalent bonds 3

These are the covalent bonds in their general compounds because generally they have tendency to forms covalent bonds as so to complete their octet

Covalent bond 1 F,I

Covalent bond 2 O,Se

Covalent bond 3 N,P,B

Covalent bond 4 C
