this is the concentrate of NaOH
Rinse a burette with deionized water and then with the 0.1000 M NaOH(aq), as instructed. Clamp the rinsed burette to the ring

We have the equation M1V1 = M2V2

Where M1 is the molarity of HCl, V1 is the volume of HCl

Where M2 is the molarity of NaOH, V2 is the volume of NaOH

Trail 1

10 ml \times M1 = 26.78 ml \times 0.1M

M1 =  2.78 \times 0.1/10

= 0.2678 M

Average molarity = (molarity of trial 1+ molarity of trial 2 + molarity of trail 3)/3

To find out molarity of original solution we must know the how much we take from the solution and how much diluted

and use the equation

how much pipetted from original solution (ml) \times molarity of original soution = total voume including diluted amount  \times molarity we obtained
