You have TLC which shows distance traveled by solvent Indicated by pencil mark above from the pencil mark of the bottom line where you spoted your spots.

You can calculate the distance traveled by each spot from the bottom line where you put spot.

Calculate distance traveled by Solvent in mm

Calculate distance traveled by each spot separately in mm and then. You can calculate Rf value with the formula

Rf = Distance traveled by spot 1 /distance traveled by solvent
