1) Nitrous acid (HNO2) is a weak acid and KNO2 is salt of conjugate base. [NO2-) = 0.271M ...conjugate base [HNO2] = 8.24*10^

pKa of nitrous acid is not given hence I am taking it from the book by Atkins, "Physical chemistry".

Also the volume of solution is not given hence other method to calculate pH using ICE table is not useful.
