1. Dopamine is responsible for signs and symptoms of Parkinson's disease. The structure of dopamine is as follow

2. Histamine, tyramine, serotonin and phenylethylamine are common biogenic amines that can cause allergic reactions in some people.

They control processes such as inflammation, blood flow, the formation of blood clots and the induction of labour.

Vegetable oils are oils that have been extracted from various seeds. eg; rapeseed (canola oil), soybean, corn, sunflower, safflower, peanut, etc. Animal Fats include butter, ghee, lard, tallow, and any other fatty acids. Vegetable oil is composed mostly of polyunsaturated fats while animal fat is composed mostly of monounsaturated fats. Vegetable fats contain one, or more, carbon double bonds within its structure and are therefore unsaturated. Animal fats contain only single carbon-carbon bonds and are therefore saturated. Therefore coconut oil and vegetable oil have a melting point similar to fats from animal sources.

5.  Omega-3 fatty acids are polyunsaturated fats, a type of fat that our body can't make. The term "polyunsaturated" refers to their chemical structure, as "poly" means many and "unsaturated" refers to double bonds. Together they mean that omega-3 fatty acids have many double bonds. "Omega-3" refers to the position of the final double bond in the chemical structure, which is three carbon atoms from the "omega" or tail end of the molecular chain. Since the human body can't produce omega-3s, these fats are referred to as "essential fats," meaning that you have to get them from your diet. There are several types of omega 3 fats like Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) etc.

Like omega-3 fatty acids, omega-6 fatty acids are polyunsaturated fatty acids. The only difference is that the last double bond is six carbons from the omega end of the fatty acid molecule. Omega-6 fatty acids are also essential, so we need to obtain them from your diet.
