I Mechanism :- - B H, 8 . .. ( H ، لہ ورک BX را ۷ ,the alkyne first attacks the Br2 molecule and bromonium ion is formed. Then water attacks the alkene bromonium ion to open the three membered ring. The keto enol tautomerisation takes place to give alpha bromo ketone.
