Acid base neutralizeation reaction

Acid = H2SO4

Base = NaOH

The balanced reaction

H2SO4(aq) + 2 NaOH(aq) = Na2SO4(aq) + 2H2O(l)

Total ionic equation

2H+(aq) + SO4 2-(aq) + 2Na+(aq) + 2OH-(aq) = 2Na+(aq) + SO4 2-(aq) + 2H2O(l)

Net ionic equation

2H+(aq) + 2OH-(aq) = 2H2O(l)

Or

H+(aq) + OH-(aq) = H2O(l)

Option A is the correct answer
