Reduction half cell is:

Cd(s) -> Cd2+(aq) + 2e-

Balance number of electrons:
Reduction half cell is:
2 Ag+(aq) + 2 e- -> 2 Ag(s)

Oxidation half cell is:
Cd(s) -> Cd2+(aq) + 2e-

Now add both half reactions to get overall reaction.

2 Ag+(aq) + Cd(s) -> 2 Ag(s) + Cd2+(aq)
