Solution-

We have ksp of CaSO4 = 3.0*10^-5

The reaction can be written as

CaSO4 ---------> Ca+2(aq) + SO4-2(aq)

Ksp = [Ca+2] [SO4-2]

= (s)*(s)

=>3.0*10^-5 = s^2

=>s= 5.48*10^-3 M

Molar mass of CaSo4 = 136 g/mol

THerefore the solubility= (5.48*10^-3)*(136)

= 0.745 g/l
