Diploid organism, has 2 alleles for particular locus. Each allele will be present on the one of the homologous chromosome, at same location. Note- diploid organism will have 2 sets of chromosomes, hence there will be 2 homologue of chromosome number 3.

Thus, for genotype Tt, having alleles T and t. Each allele will be located on the left end of chromosome number 3.
