So
The frequencies of R allele is - ( 2 × frequency of RR + frequency of Rr) / 2× Total number of individuals
= ( 2× 50+ 300)/ 2× 500
= 400/1000
= 0.40
Likewise frequency of r allele is = ( 2 × frequency of rr + frequency of Rr) / 2× Total number of individuals
= (2×150+300) /2×500
=0.60
So the answer is - 0.40 and 0.60
