Before answering the first question, we have to identify the structures.

A- Cellulose, B- Starch, C- Glycogen.

Cellulose is a compound made up of numerous glucose units joined together by beta glycosidic linkage. Cellulose is the main component of plant cell walls. Humans can not digest cellulose as we lack the necessary enzyme to break down cellulose. But cows and other herbivores can digest cellulose.

Starch is a polysaccharide made up of glucose units and stored as reserved energy source in plants. Humans can produce an enzyme named amylase which helps us to digest starch.

Glycogen is also a polysaccharide made up of glucose units and act as the energy reserve in animals, fungi and many bacteria. Glycogen is absent in plants. Therefore, it will be easily digestible by humans.

Hence, the A molecule which is cellulose is indigestible by humans.
