Primary producers forms the base of the food chain or food web . They convert the inorganic form of energy into organic form of energy. Most common example is plants which do photosynthesis. Photosynthesis is a process of carbon fixation .

In microbes, the primary producers binds to the solid surface first to act as a food for other higher organisms .

2. c.Ecosystem - it is defined as the biological community of organisms that are interacting and their environment.

3.A. anabolism . It is because the carbon dioxide is converted to glucose after photosynthesis.
