Question no 1. - thus graph explain that the optimum pH for proper functioning of enzyme (urease) is 6-7 (enzyme show maximum catalytic activity) if we are increasing the pH from 7 to 8 or 9 the activity of urease is decreased. As urease is a globular protein to it works at an optimum ph. If we are changing the pH . It can lead to denaturation.

At 3 pH enzyme was not active.
