Answer #1

First option

First option is incorrect because tRNA moves from A to P to E site. A new tRNA carrying new amino acid comes at the A site and the tRNA carrying the peptide chain is present at P site. Finally, tRNA exit from the translation complex from E site.

Translation is the process of formation of amino acod sequence using mRNA as a template. Transfer RNA carries the anticodon and mRNA carries the codon. Both codon and anticodon are complementary to each other and their interaction specifies one amino acid. Ribsomes which contain rRNA keep tRNA and mRNA associated with each other.
