As vitamins helps our body to use carbohydrate, fats and proteins and carbohydrates are absorbed quickly for energy, Fats are major source of energy and protein in excess form also provides energy.

25 - True

As brain is very sensitive to oxydative damage and also fatty acid oxydation is slow process and it can not fulfill the required amount needed by nurons rapidly
