Option a and c are correct and b is wrong because if G:C content increases then no evolution further take place and it becomes stable( in Guanine and Cytosine triple bond is present thats why more stable) .In RNA world self-replicating RNA molecules proliferated before the evolution of DNA and protein.It proposes that earlier life forms may have used RNA alone for the storage of genetic material.Short RNA molecules that can synthesize have been artificially produced in lab.
