Answer #1

Answer: Calvin cycle is light independent reaction that fixes carbondioxide and produces glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate (G3P) that is used to synthesize glucose and then starch. Calcin cycle uses ATP and NADPH produced during light dependent reactions to synthesize G3P. Hence, option A is incorrect and option B is the correct answer. Light reaction uses light energy from sun light to produce ATP and NADPH and it does not require G3P. Further, Rubilose 1,5- bisphosphate requires ATP for its synthesis and it does not produce 15 ATP molecules. Hence, option C and D are incorrect.
