Answer: Open reading frame (ORF) is the part of a reading frame that has the ability to be translated. An ORF is a continuous stretch of codons that begins with a start codon ( AUG) and ends at a stop codon ( UAA, UAG or UGA).

So there are eight open reading frames are present in the sequence.
