1. This is a very important thing and it should be considered by health professional seriously (specially for physician), but, unfortunately several doctors are unethically doing this practice in which they are doing illegal things for that they are not authorize, like some of the medicine doctors are doing surgeries or seeing surgical cases. Since they (physicians) get the license for a specialized area and they should not go beyond that particular territory in any case without any exceptions. They should understand that if they work beyond this then it would be unethical and may be panelized.

2. Keeping romantic relationship or sexual encounters with the patient is unethical which can cause conflicts of the interest of the medical professional. Keeping such kind relationship with the patient can cost a lot , which can further exploit the patient and may affect negative impact on the functionality of the doctor for all other patients and may influence his/her health services.    

3.Another unethical thing is self-referral for their own benefit and getting incentive through this profession as they receive a significant financial assistant by this practice and it is not uncommon among health professional and they often use this practice. In this context, physician unnecessarily order (write a prescription or recommend) several test/imaging etc. for a given patient. The best way is to allow other physicians to refer you without any bias-ness or conflict of interest as a result of good work.
