PELLICLE CYTOSKELETON : In most of the protozoan parasite it is unique triple layer structure consisting of plasma membrane .It is made up of glycosylphosphatidylnositol (GPI) anchored proteins . CYCLOTELLA CELLWALL : Its components are unique and made up of SILICA cellwall known as frustule made up of valves calle thecae that typicallly overlap one another. SACCHAROMYCES CELLWALL : It represents 30% of dry weight of cell and its composed largely of polysaccharides (85%) and proteins(15%).Extensive biochemical analyses is glucose, N acetylglucosamine and mannose etc.
