Answer #1

1 Central Vacuole E Water and Solute storage

Because Central Vacuole stores water, nutrients, salts, pigments etc.

2 Nucleus B Command Centre of the cell

because Nucleus controls activities of cell by directing the synthesis of particular proteins and enzymes and it contains the genetic material of cell which is passed on to future generations.

3 Ribosomes A Site of protein synthesis

because proteins are made in the ribosomes during translation rocess, these are also called protein factories.

4 Mitochondria I Cells energy production

Because this organelle produces energy in the cell which is stored in the form of ATP.

5 Golgi Body C Organization and movement of cell content

beacuse it modifies, packs and transports, protein and lipids and transfers it to their destinations

6 Chloroplast J Photosynthesis

Because chloroplast contains pigment called chlorophyll. These absorb sunlight and use it to produce food for the plants in presence of Carbon dioxide and water.

7 Cell wall G Structure and support for cell's membrane

because it provides strength, support, prevents cell mebrane from over expansion, has filtering mechanism.

8 Cytoskeleton H Internal cell organization and structure

because It gives shape to cell (provide resistance to deformation) and provides support as a skeleton does in human beings.

9 Plasma Membrane D regulates what moves in and out of cell

because it is selectively permeable and has active and passive transport mechanisms.

10 Smooth Endoplasmic Reticulum F Lipid Synthesis

It synthesis lipids such as phospholipids, cholestrol. It is also involved in synthesis and secretion of steroid hormones.
