Answer #1

Green light has wavelengths between 500 and 600 nm. Photons of green light has been less effective to plant growth than red and blue light this is because green is reflected more than its absorbed than rest of the colors by chlorophyll A and B hence the leaves appear green in color. In absence of other colors and only green the rate of photosynthesis will be low and in some studies were green light is performed the pants had smaller leaves and stems shorter with reduced extension growth of seedlings. So plants would have difficult time in collecting light for performing photosynthesis.
