B lymphocytes and pancreatic acinar cells are basically secretory cells that that secrete antibody and digestive enzymes respectively. And bulk phase endocytosis is the movement of particles in bulk into the cells. But a lung epithelial cell is involved in respiration where bulk amount of oxygen and carbon dioxide is exchanged with the blood. Gases first diffuse into the lung Epithelial cell then into the blood or alveoli for undergoing the process of respiration.
