7. Individuals with genotype S1S1 - 4

Individuals with genotype S1S2 - 38

Individuals with genotype S2S2 - 134

Total number of individuals - 4+38+134 = 176

a. S2S2 genotypic frequency ; 134/176 = 0.76

b. Number of allele S1 - (2*4)+38 = 46

Number of allele S2 - (2*134)+38 = 306

Total number of alleles - 46+306 = 352

S2 allele frequency - 306/352 = 0.86
