mother gives mitochondria to the progeny, so those individuals who are progenies of a mother, and progenies of sisters (mother has to be same) will have same mitochondrial DNA.

III-2 is the grandchild of I-2, but III-2 is the progeny of I-2`s son so they don`t share same mitochondrial DNA.

II-2 is the maternal uncle of III-2 ( both III-2`s mother and II-2 are progenies of same mother ) so they have same mitochondrial DNA.

III-1 is the progeny of the maternal uncle of III-2 so they don`t share same mitochondrial DNA.

III-2 got mitochondrial DNA from mother II-1 so II-2 and III-1 don`t share the same mitochondrial DNA.

I-3 is the father of II-6 so they don`t share same mitochondrial DNA.

so the answer is b) II-2 and III-2
