15. (1) Resting phase (In this phase no change in membrane potential is occurring due to influx and efflux of ions and the membrane potential in this phase termed as resting potential.In this phase the membrane potential remains around -70mV).

16. (2) Depolarization phase ( In this phase membrane potential becomes less negative and changes from -70 to +30mV ).

17. (3) Repolarization phase ( Membrane potential started to get restore from +30mV to the resting potential. In this phase the cell again starts to become more negative inside).

18. (4) Hyperpolarization phase ( While restoring resting potential during repolarization, the membrane potential become a little more negative and reaches around -80 to -90mV which is then again restore to around -70mV as resting potential and again cell enters the resting phase).

The given question is a type of question that consist multiple sub parts (question 15-30) and according to HomeworkLib guidelines under the given condition answer only the four sub parts unless the student has specified (which is not in the given case). Thus, I answered only the first four sub parts i.e. from question 15 to 18.
