According Chargaff's rule, guanine (G) binds to cytosine (C) with 3 hydrogen bonds, while adenine (A) binds to thymine (T) with 2 hydrogen bonds.

So, the given DNA molecule (50bp) has 15 cytosine bases, i.e. 15 G-C pairing (15 x 3 = 45 hydrogen bonds) & 35 A-T pairing (35 x 2 = 70 hydrogen bonds).

45 + 70 = 115 hydrogen bonds.
