3. Adenine binds with Thymine while Guanine binds with Cytosine. This is correct.

4. Each nucleotide is made up of sugar, phosphate and a nitrogenous base. Two strands are joined by base pairing of the nitrogenous bases whereas sugar and phosphate form the backbone. This is correct.

5. DNA is found in the nucleus. This is correct.

6. The compound is a Purine since there is a pyrimidine ring fused to an imidazole ring. This is correct.

7. This compound is 2'-deoxyribose sugar and is found in DNA. RNA will contain ribose sugar in which case the 2' Carbon will also have an OH group attached. This is incorrect.

8. During nucleotide polymerization, a phosphodiester bond is formed between the 5' end of one nucleotide and the 3' end of another nucleotide. This leads to te release of a pyrophosphate which is then hydrolysed to drive the reaction forward. This is correct.
