Huswer: - To check we can prepare a Experiment where We will use 3 proteins. 1) known sample protein which get degraded by Serine protease. 2) Seline protease. 3 New prot un (Scrine protease inhibitd) We will prepare 3 reaction minture, in one mixture we will give known protun and seine protease, this will be our positive control. In another one we will give, known protein & Serine protease- Sevine protease inhibitor o we d h e pared de la In last one we will give only Known protun, this will be our negative control, Now all 3 tube will be incubated in there known Experiment. Environment. Then these 3 mixture will be rum on Sis page and observe the size of bands. at our new protein is serine protease inhibits then the second and third minture band size will be same as inhibitor will inhibit the protease and Known protein will be of its full size same as in negative control.
