The principle of the treatment for this above given condition is as follows

Wiggles is a golden retriever which has been diagnosed with lymphoma. The important gene in cell cycle regulation is Gene p21. Cancer is caused due to its lackness. Here Xyzi drug promotes the stay of acetyl groups of histones, these acetyl groups make more relaxed interaction between histones and DNA which allows transcription and further genetic expression . Because  the more Xyzi drug is inside Wiggles the more the p1 gene gets to be expressed, leading to a ease its lymphoma. At this problem with wiggles involves in the histone problem, in this condition the histones does'nt release the DNA and hence transcription takes place with the help of Xyzi drug and p1 gene gets expressed. DNA is strongly attached to the histones by having a positive charge , and this positive charge can be removed by an enzyme which removes the acetyl groups from the histones (acetylation ). The activity of the enzymes are lower due to Xyzi drugs.
