Your best friend, Kate, just had a baby in the maternity hospital and she is ready to go back home. You let her know that you will meet them at their home in a few days. You meet them a week later and you can see they are doing great (sleeping very little but hanging there). Kate is complaining about some kind of red bumps in the skin and she supposed they are spider bites or bed bugs. You take a look at those: 5 of them, located in the back, close to the armpit. The lesions are red, circular, about 3 mm in diameter and with a whitehead on some. The area affected is warmer than its surroundings. You friend’s husband mention that he noticed very unusual rash while shaving and he also noticed some lesions similar those presented by Kate in trunk, buttocks and legs. He says they hurt and he has been feeling tired, with low motivation to carry out basic tasks and with some pain in the joints (he just thought it was related with the lack of sleep). He mentioned that he used an antibiotic ointment but he feels it is not helping with the inflammation."

i cant figure it out which virus, bateria or dieases this can be.

Looking at the symptoms such as lesions are red, circular, about 3 mm in diameter and with a whitehead and antibiotic ointment is also not working on it,it seems to be Pustular psoriasis.Its a fungal infection
