Answer: Reading frame: Is the way of dividing (in triplet) the sequence of nucleotides (sequence of DNA/RNA) to get more and more information without termination. During translation each triplet used as codons for the synthesis of amino acids (protein).

            Antibodies are consists of V(D)J recombination. This type of recombination is responsible for the development of a highly diverse type of antibodies. The segment of D region of DNA of antibodies is read in three different ways only the change of one nucleotide shift. Number of the reading frame is also responsible for the generation of more diversity of antibodies
