2. Activation of Acetyl coA carboxylase
When insulin concentration increase in the cell means there is more number of glucose are present in cell. So to decrease the glucose concentration or convert the glucose into fatty acid which activates the
Acetyl coA carboxylase which converts acetyl coA formation in glycolysis is moves to malonyl coA for fatty acid synthesis.

3. Allosterically by NADH and Allosterically by ACCOA
Beta oxidation is allosterically regulated by the ratio of NADH/NAD+ and acetyl-CoA/CoA level.

4. It will utilize more acetyl coA and It will produce excess fatty acid
Acetyl CoA carboxylase is inhibited by phosphorylation by PKA. If it is not phosphorylated it will
continuously active and produces lot of fatty acid.


5. Acetyl coA carboxylase
It is the main regulated enzyme during fatty acid synthesis which is used to produce malonyl coA
by using acetyl CoA.
