3. Whenever we have to find the probability of anything in mathematics or even in Biology, then sample size is very important point as the sample size will increase, we will get an answer which is very near to the actual probability of occurrence of that event. For example, we know that the probability of head and Tails by flipping a coin is half. If we will flip a coin 10 times, then the probability may or may not be equal to half but if we will increase the sample size, we will flip the coin hundred times of 500 times, then the probability will be near to half. This is called as sample size affect where the probability of distribution of variables depends upon the size of the sample. Smaller the size less accurate are the results and vice versa.

4. Chi square analysis is a statistical test which is also called as goodness of fit. It helps us to understand whether the observed distribution of data obtained is near to the expected distribution of data or not. By performing Chi square analysis of our results, we get a confidence whether the data obtained in the experiment is near to a real value or not.

5. Reciprocal crosses are those in which sexes of the parents are reversed. For example, in the first cross female shows character A and male shows character B but in the second cross female shows character B and male shows character A. These crosses are important to study the inheritance of sex linked characters in a population.
