Answer #1

ANS: Characteristics of epithelial types of tissues from kidney :-

The main functions of the epithelial tissues of covering of organs externally or internally. The Malpighian corpuscle (Renal corpuscle) comprises of glomerulus and Bowman's capsule. Out of this Bowman's capsule has two layers -outer parietal layer and inner visceral layer .

The parietal layer consists of squamous cell and parietal layer composed of special type of cells the podocytes .The podocytes are called because thy posses foot like processes ,the pedicels. The space between pedicels helpful for the filtration of glomerular filtrates .

The renal Tubules : The Proximal convoluted Tubules lined by cuboidal epithelial bearing a brush border of tall microvilli at free end which increases the surface area, its allow the reabsorption of salts by active transport.

Loop of Henle lined by cuboidal epithelium and Distal Convoluted tubules lined by cuboidal cells help in ionic movement ,Collecting duct lined by cuboidal or columnar epithelial tissues.

Characteristics of epithelial found in Dermis and Epidermis ;-

Layer of dermis present below the epidermis and Epidermis of epithelial made up stratified squamous epithelial ,the cells of the epithelial arranged in orderly on the basement membrane and basement membrane helps in signaling .Dermis below the epidermis contains hair follicles, sweat glands etc ..Here, epithelial function in secretion and protect in the skin from infection from the microorganisms.
