Answer #1

Correct option: 5.

ATP and NADPH.

The products of light reaction of ATPand NADPH are utilized in calvin cycle. Mainly used for synthasis of glucose .

In calvine cycle, cantaine three stages carboxylaton, reduction and regeneration.

The moleculs of ATP and NADPH are used in stage of reduction. ATP molecule is used for phasphorylation. and NADPH is used for the reduction CO2 molecule fixed.

In correct options.

1st option.

electrons and H+

Calvin cycle is a light independent reaction. Which cannot requre the electrons and H+.

2nd option.

Water and O2.

Water is required for the Calvin cycle in the stasge of carboxylaton. But not oxygen (O2). O2 is the product of light raction, it diffuses out of the chloroplast.

3rd option.

CO2 and glucose:

CO 2 requred for the Calvin cycle in the stage of carboxylaton. and glucose is not utilized in Calvin cycle. Genrally glucose is the product of Calvin cycle.

4th option:

ADP Pi and NADP.

ADP, PI, NADP cannot involved in the Calvin cycle for the production of glucose.
