The presence of Absorbic acid (vitamin C) which is an antioxidant can be a problem for blood and glucose (detected by peroxidase reaction).False negative result occurs for nitrite ,bilirubin and leukocytes

False negative test indicates that a person does not have a disease or condition when the person actually does have it
