Parameters to be considered from the graph :

  1. Coeffcient of determination r^2 = .9843 which indicates that that variation of 98.43 percent of variation in absorbance can be explained by variation in concentration of the sample.
  2. x = concentration of glucose
  3. Absorbance Value y =
  4. Slope m = 1.0357
  5. Concentration of Glucose b = .71

The regression line between the absorbance values (y) and the concentrations (x) was found by minimizing the sum of the squares of the residuals so as to find the slope (m) and the y-intercept (b). The values obtained were m = 1.0357 and b=-0.071

Absorbance =1.0357 x-0.71. (substitute x with glucose concentration or take a mean of all and use)
