Answer #1

A -Disulphide bond is formed between two cysteine residues. Tertiary and quaternary structures are stabilized by bonds formed between the side-chain of amino acids.

In primary structure, there is only a peptide bond and in secondary structure, there is only H-bond formed between the NH and CO of the peptide bond. So option A and B are wrong.

So, the correct answer will be option C and D.

B-

London force Disulfide bond Salt bridae glutamine and arginine Hydrogen bonding threonine and tyrosine leucine and isoleucineSalt bridge is formed between the acidic amino acid and basic amino acid. Glutamine is an acidic amino acid and lysine and arginine are basic amino acid.

London force is formed between hydrophobic amino acids. leucine and isoleucine are hydrophobic amino acid.

A hydrogen bond is formed between polar amino acids. Threonine and tyrosine are charged amino acids.

The disulphide bond is formed between two cysteine residues.

Salt is an ionic compound. It breaks all the polar bonds such as H-bond, salt bridge. H-bond is found in secondary, tertiary and quaternary structure. Salt bridge is found in tertiary and quaternary structure.

So correct options are secondary, tertiary and quaternary.
